Getting Started in Therapy
Free 15-Minute Consultation
Connecting with a therapist who will be a good fit for your needs is crucial to success in therapy. I offer a 15-minute phone call consultation to potential clients. We’ll discuss initial questions and considerations for beginning care; if I cannot meet your needs, I’d be happy to provide additional referrals or resources for your journey.
Services/Rates
I provide 50 minute Individual Therapy sessions for $150 per session. Should you choose to enter into therapy with me, I’ll email a link to your patient portal through the HIPPA compliant platform Simple Practice. In-person appointments are available on Thursdays and Fridays located at my office in Amherst, NY with easy access from the I-990. Additionally, Teletherapy is available through Simple Practice.
Insurance
Clients may elect to privately pay for services, or utilize health insurance. I also accept Flex Spending Accounts (FSA,) and Health Saving Accounts (HSA.)
