Meet Jessica

I graduated in 2009 with a Master of Social Work from SUNY Binghamton. I have been a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2013, providing therapy services to adults with a variety of mental health needs. Currently, my practice focuses on those who have experienced trauma which is negatively impacting their daily functioning and quality of life, specializing in postpartum depression/mood issues, reproductive trauma, and infertility. My therapeutic approach combines Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parts Work, and Progressive Counting—an alternative trauma resolution therapy to EMDR. I’ve recently completed specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health and working toward certification for pregnancy and birth related mental health issues. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your journey toward positive personal growth.
